I’ve had these cushions sitting outside for a few months now, and overall the fabric is nice. It feels good to sit on and it dries fairly quick after it rains, which is definitley a plus.

That said, it did pick up a couple stains faster than I thought it would, and one little area already looks a bit faded. It’s not awful or anything, I just kinda expected it to hold up a little better for the price.

At first I was happy with it and thought it would work out well. But after using it for a while, it just didn’t hold up like I hoped. i ended up feeling a bit let down.

I placed an order and barely got any updates afterward (which is always a little stressful). The checkout process felt messy, customer support took a while to reply, i still don’t really know what’s happening with my order...

I’ll give them credit that my issue did eventually get fixed, but it took way longer than it should have. If you need quick help, just be warned, you might be waiting a while.

I wish I had taken more time before buying this. I felt a little pressured to make a decision, and now I’m disappointed. The cushions seem fine at first, but after about 20 minutes they feel really hard and just aren’t comfortable to sit on...

Maybe I just had higher expectations because of the price, but I wasn’t all that impressed. The quality is fine and the site definitely looks nice, so I can see why others might like it. I guess I’m just a bit pickier when I’m spending this much. For me, the value wasn’t really there, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

I checked out the site, the design kind of threw me off right away. The colors feel random, the layout is crowded, and some pages look like they came from a totally different website. How am I supposed to focus on what I’m clicking when everything feels so messy? Maybe the products or services are actually good, but the look of the site makes it feel a bit cheap to me

I ordered a chair because the site showed it was available, then a few days later I got an email saying it was actually backordered. That’s really frustrating. If something isn’t in stock, the site shouldn’t say it is. It just wasted my time, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification over and over, which was really annoying. By the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated. I don’t see myself ordering from here again

The warranty support took a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating, but it did get sorted out in the end. So yeah, totally calm about it. It was okay overall

It does look really nice once it’s set up, but the upkeep has been more annoying than I expected. I feel like I’m constantly having to clean it, and for me it just hasn’t really felt worth the effort

I’m still waiting on my refund for the return, from what I remember, the whole process felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be. Not the smoothest experience.

They were slow to reply, or at least it felt that way to me. I wasn’t sure if they were going to get back to me at first, but they did eventually respond.

I expected more for what it cost. It looked really nice in the photos, but once I got it, it felt kind of cheap and started showing wear quickly. Maybe this is just how these kinds of items are, but based on this one, I’d be hesitant to buy something similar again.

It does hold up okay in the rain, so I guess it’s weatherproof enough. That said, it’s definitely not perfect, and after using it a bit I’m kind of regretting buying it. It works, but I expected a little more.

My order did show up on time, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible. But the packaging was disappointing. The box was bent up, and one of the corners was actually open when it arrived. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but it just didn’t feel like it was protected very well. Luckily nothing major was broken, but for the price, I guess I expected the packing to be a bit more secure

Overall, it seems okay in terms of durability. I wouldn’t say it feels super heavy-duty, and there are a couple of parts that look like they might wear down a bit sooner than I’d hope. That said, it’s not bad by any means, just maybe not the most rugged option if durability is your top priority.

i wanted to like this sofa more than I do. I ordered it from liveouter.com hoping it would be a good spot for hanging out outside for a while.
It does look nice, and setting it up wasn’t a big deal, but the comfort just isn’t really there for me. The cushions feel a little too stiff, and after about 30 minutes my back starts getting tired.
It’s not awful or anything, but for the price I expected it to feel more relaxing. It’s probably fine for quick sitting, but I wouldn’t choose it if you’re planning to really lounge on it.

Putting this together took way longer than I expected. The instructions didn’t really clear things up, so there was a lot of guessing and redoing along the way.
